این ویلا استخردار دو طبقه به همراه چهار اتاق خواب و بالکن دلباز با ویو شالیزار در روستای قنبر محله واقع شده که با شهر لوندویل حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

طراحی ویلا بصورت دو طبقه جداگانه است به گونه ای که در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 6 پله دارای ایوان، پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا با دسترسی حدود 15 پله یک سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، سرویس فرنگی با حمام و بالکن قرار دارد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی در محوطه حیاط و یک سرویس ایرانی در بالکن طبقه بالا تعبیه شده است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید استخر در محوطه حیاط ورودی قرار گرفته که با پیمودن همان 5 پله ورودی به سمت پایین به استخر دسترسی خواهید داشت.
