این خانه مبله یکخوابه در بلوار فضیلت شهر کاشان واقع شده است که تا باغ فین کاشان حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 16 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که تنها حمام خانه در اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان در طبقه همکف سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی به صورت مشترک با میزبان و ساکنین طبقه زیرهمکف مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز کوچه و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
