این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در کمربندی خمام واقع شده است که تا شهر خمام حدود 2 کیلومتر و تا بندر انزلی حدود 22 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی این کلبه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق بدون در قرار گرفته است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
