This house with a beautiful view is located next to another unit in the summer village of Subatan, which is about 40 kilometers from Talesh city.
The unit is located on the second floor of a two-story, two-unit building, accessible via approximately 20 steps.
The unit is designed with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and Iranian toilet. It should be noted that this house does not have a refrigerator.
Please note that 30 kilometers of the road leading to the accommodation is unpaved and can only be accessed by off-road vehicles such as a Patrol. If needed, the host, as a local guide, can provide a Nissan or Patrol vehicle for an agreed-upon fare for transportation and sightseeing in tourist areas.
It should be noted that if the host transports guests with their vehicle, they will stay on the ground floor of the same building for rest. However, if the guest travels with their own off-road vehicle, it is possible for the host to vacate the ground floor with prior coordination.
The courtyard area is enclosed by a fence on all four sides and is shared with another house located in the same area.

Access to Subatan summer pasture is possible via a long, unpaved, and difficult road. Due to the very special conditions of this road, passage is only possible with SUVs (off-road vehicles) and local Nissans. Checking the weather and road conditions before departure is mandatory.
