The villa's interior boasts a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms (one master). An Iranian-style toilet is conveniently located in the yard. Please note that bathrooms are exclusively available within one bedroom and in the pool area. The inviting indoor pool is situated in the private yard, just a few steps from the villa's entrance. The elevated terrace above the pool is easily accessible via stairs within the yard. The private yard is securely enclosed by walls on all four sides, ensuring privacy. The friendly host resides nearby, offering convenience and assistance. For your peace of mind, the entrance gate and the alley are equipped with CCTV cameras, enhancing security. Kindly note that the tap water is sourced from a well and is not suitable for drinking. We recommend guests bring their own bottled water for consumption. For daily essentials, a supermarket and bakery are conveniently located approximately 200 meters away. Mobile network coverage for both Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is excellent for calls, with 4G internet access available. Please be aware that approximately 20 meters of the access road to the accommodation is unpaved.
