این ویلا یکخوابه در منطقه لواسان واقع شده است که با ورودی شهر تهران حدود 15 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر به همراه تخت آفتاب، میز و صندلی با چتر سایه بان و تاب در حیاط فضای مناسبی را برای مهمانی و دورهمی ها فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می باشد و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، واحد نگهبانی 24 ساعته در شهرک حضور دارد.
گفتنی است ساختمان فاقد گاز کشی شهری است و سوخت این ویلا از طریق منبع ال پی جی تامین می شود، همچنین آب مورد نیاز این ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود، که فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 200 متر ممکن است.
