این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای کلرم واقع شده است که تا شهر فومن حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 12 پله از بیرون در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه ورودی و حیاط به‌صورت مشترک با میزبان و واحد دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
با توجه به روستایی بودن بافت منطقه، در قسمتی محوطه حیاط از حیوانات اهلی و طیور نگهداری می‌شود که تداعی‌گر حال و هوای زندگی روستایی برای مهمانان این واحد خواهد بود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 ممکن است.
