This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in Tuskatak village, part of Sisangan, approximately 30 km from Nowshahr city center. The lower floor of this cottage, accessible via about 3 steps, features a living room, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom equipped with both Western and Iranian toilets. The upper floor hosts an open-plan bedroom (without a door). The yard is enclosed by a wall. The entrance gate, the yard, and the gazebo are shared with the residents of the adjacent cottage. For enhanced security, the alley entrance is equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that there is a covered pool in the yard, which is currently out of use. For daily necessities, a supermarket and bakery are accessible within approximately one kilometer. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and 4G internet access is available. It is important to note that the last 500 meters leading to the cottage is a dirt road, accessible by car.
