این کلبه سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای توسکاتک از توابع سی سنگان واقع شده است که با مرکز نوشهر حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی این کلبه در طبقه پایین با دسترسی حدود 3 پله شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب، حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در قرار دارد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و دروازه ورودی، حیاط و آلاچیق موجود در آن به صورت مشترک با ساکنین کلبه مجاور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر نیز ورودی کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد. لازم به ذکر است استخر مسقفی در حیاط وجود دارد که در حال حاضر غیر قابل استفاده است.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود یک کیلومتر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 500 متر منتهی به کلبه به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو است.
