این ویلا دوبلکس دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است با ویو شالیزار در روستای چولاب در جاده رشت به لاهیجان واقع شده که با شهر لولمان حدود 4 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 12 پله از حیاط در طبقه دوم دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر و یکخواب با حمام) قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی منطقه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
گفتنی است حدود 500 متر از مسیر منتهی به اقامتگاه بصورت جاده خاکی می باشد.
