This two-bedroom house is located on a slope in the village of Asas, approximately 8 kilometers from Pol Sefid city.

This unit, accessible via approximately 20 steps, includes a terrace with jacuzzi access, a living room, and a kitchen. With about 5 additional steps, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a Western toilet. Please note that this unit does not have an Iranian toilet. It should be mentioned that the swimming pool on the ground floor is not available to guests due to being under construction.
For enhanced security, the building is equipped with an alarm system. Guests can access a supermarket and bakery for their daily needs by traveling approximately 1 kilometer.
Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Aval operator is good for calls and 4G internet access, while Irancell operator lacks network coverage for calls and internet.
Please note that the last 40 meters of the road leading to the accommodation is a dirt road and accessible by car.
