این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه در مجموعه ای 1000 متری و در مجاورت چند کلبه دیگر در روستای خوش آب و هوای شیردارکلا واقع شده است که حدود 12 کیلومتر با شیرگاه و حدود 25 کیلومتر با لفور فاصله دارد.
از امکانات مشترک مجموعه می توان به آلاچیق، فضای سبز و میز و صندلی باغی اشاره کرد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ایست که با دسترسی حدود چهار پله در طبقه پایین پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ایوان، سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی و حمام می شود و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب فاقد درب و بالکن قرار دارد.
