این اتاق دو تخته مستر در مجموعه ای بومگردی با حیاط دلنشین در محله چهارمنار و بافت تاریخی شهر یزد واقع شده که با بادگیر باغ دولت آباد حدود 800 متر فاصله دارد.
معماری مجموعه به گونه ای است که برای دسترسی به اقامتگاه لازم است تا حدود 5 پله را از سطح خیابان به سمت پایین طی نمایید.
مجموعه دارای 7 واحد می باشد و طراحی این اتاق به صورتی است که دارای یک تخت دبل، یخچال و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد.
از مشاعات مجموعه می توان حیاط با حوض آب و تخت سنتی، آشپزخانه مشترک و سرویس ایرانی را نام برد، همچنین یک فضای نشیمن مسقف با مبلمان و تلویزیون 65 اینچ در محوطه تعبیه شده که قابل استفاده مهمانان بصورت مشترک می باشد.
سرو غذا در وعده های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی با میزبان و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه ممکن است.
محوطه مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نگهبان بصورت 24 ساعته در مجموعه مستقر است.
همچنین به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه حیاط مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
