این خانه مبله دو خوابه به همراه تراسی دلباز در مشهد واقع شده است که با حرم امام رضا حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این خانه در طبقه چهارم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه پنج واحدی دارای آسانسور قرار دارد.
فضای داخلی خانه به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که سرویس ایرانی در تراس تعبیه شده است.
