این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای سرسبز گیجاو واقع شده است که حدود 10 کیلومتر با اسالم و حدود 35 کیلومتر با شهر تالش فاصله دارد.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 16 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط با فنس محصور شده و بصورت مشترک با واحد همکف مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
ضمنا را پله فاقد نرده می باشد که در صورت داشتن فرزند مراقب دلبند خود باشید و یک ساختمان نیمه کاره در مجاورت ساختمان قرار دارد که در حال حاضر عملیات سازه انجام نمی شود.
به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، دسترسی به سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 100 متر ممکن است.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به‌صورت 4g می‌باشد.
