این کلبه‌ی سوئیسی یکخوابه در روستای حاج سلیم محله واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر لاهیجان حدود 3 کیلومتر و با استخر لاهیجان حدود 6 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در تمامی وعده‌های غذایی (صبحانه، ناهار و شام) با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا یک اتاق خواب بدون در و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه این کلبه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و جهت تامین امنیت، دوربین مداربسته دروازه ورودی را پوشش می‌دهد، همچنین میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
