این ویلا دو خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است در روستای خوش آب و هوای نارنج بندبن واقع شده است که تا متل قو حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود استخر در حیاط به همراه میز و صندلی در ایوان فضای مناسبی برای استفاده مهمانان فراهم می کند.
فضای داخلی ویلا به گونه ای طراحی شده است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر) و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور شده است و به منظور تهیه مایحتاج روزانه، سوپرمارکت و نانوایی با پیمودن مسافتی در حدود 4 کیلومتر در دسترس هستند.
پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای اپراتور ایرانسل در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g می باشد، اما همراه اول از کیفیت خدمات ضعیف تری برخرودار است.
لازم به ذکر است مسیر در 700 متر منتهی به ویلا به صورت جاده خاکی و قابل تردد با خودرو می باشد.
