این خانه ویلایی دو خوابه به همراه حیاطی دلباز در حاشیه روستای ادگ واقع شده که با شهر نیشابور حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که در طبقه پایین دارای سالن پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد و دو اتاق خواب و تراسی زیبا با پوششی از میم انگور در طبقه بالا قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و سرایدار نیز در همسایگی سکونت دارد، به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و پارکینگ مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 200 متری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
