این واحد با دسترسی حدود 22 پله در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان دو طبقه چهار واحدی قرار گرفته که دارای یک تخت تک نفره، رخت خواب سنتی، اسپیلت، پکیج و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می باشد و یخچال نیز کنار در ورودی اتاق به صورت اختصاصی تعبیه شده است، همچنین این اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز است اما مهمانان گرامی می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک موجود در طبقه دوم، با هماهنگی قبلی استفاده نمایند.
حیاط از چهار طرف با نرده چوبی محصور شده و میزبان نیز در مجموعه حضور دارد.
