این ویلا استخردار دو خوابه که یک اتاق آن مستر است در باغ بهادران واقع شده که با شهر اصفهان حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی ویلا به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید که ورودی استخر از حیاط و در مجاورت درب ورودی ویلا قرار گرفته که با پیمودن چند قدم به محوطه استخر دسترسی خواهید داشت.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
