این ویلای سه خوابه که دو خواب آن مستر است در روستای خوش آب و هوای کتی لته واقع شده است که حدود 9 کیلومتر با شهر شیرگاه فاصله دارد.
از امکانات این ویلا می توان به استخر سرپوشیده و حیاط دلباز مجهز به آتشدان و فضاهای جذاب جهت برگزاری دورهمی و شب نشینی اشاره کرد.
طراحی این ویلا به گونه ای است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر، ورودی استخر و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا نشیمن، دو اتاق خواب (یک اتاق مستر) و تراس دلباز قرار دارد.
