The unit, accessible via about two steps on the lower floor, includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a Western toilet with a bathroom. The upper floor features a sleeping area. Please note that the cottage does not have an Iranian (squat) toilet. Additionally, due to the sloped terrain, after parking your car, you will access the yard by descending approximately 5 steps. The premises are enclosed by a wall, and the host resides in the neighborhood. There is also another entrance gate in the yard, which is not used during guests' stay. For daily necessities, access to a supermarket and bakery is possible by traveling approximately 200 meters and 600 meters, respectively. Mobile network coverage for Irancell and Hamrah-e Avval operators is good for calls, and internet access is 4G.
