این کلبه سوئیسی یکخوابه به همراه وان جکوزی و بالکن در روستای نفت چال از توابع سوادکوه واقع شده که با سد لفور حدود 2 کیلومتر و با شهر شیرگاه حدود 25 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که با دسترسی حدود 7 پله از حیاط در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی می باشد و در طبقه بالا یک سالن با تخت دو نفره، یک اتاق خواب و بالکن قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و نماینده میزبان در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود یک کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در مکالمه خوب و دسترسی به اینترنت به صورت 4g است.
