این کلبه چوبی یکخوابه به همراه ایوان دلباز با چشم انداز کم نظیر در جاده اولسبلنگاه و منطقه روستایی دشته مینه واقع شده که با شهر ماسال حدود 30 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی کلبه به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، لازم به ذکر است که کلبه فاقد یخچال می باشد.
محوطه حیاط با توجه به بافت منطقه فاقد دیوار و حصار می باشد ولی نماینده میزبان نیز در فاصله نزدیکی سکونت دارد.
در نظر داشته باشید که منطقه فاقد برق و گاز شهری می باشد و برق کلبه از طریق پنل خورشیدی و سوخت آن جهت گرمایش و پخت و پز از طریق کپسول گاز تامین می گردد.
توجه داشته باشید که با توجه به قرارگیری کلبه در ارتفاع زمین لازم است تا از محوطه پارک خودرو، مسیری در حدود 60 متر با شیب ملایم را بصورت پیاده طی نمایید تا به کلبه دسترسی داشته باشید.
مهمانان گرامی برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود می توانند از سوپرمارکت در فاصله حدود 500 متری استفاده نمایند ولی نان مورد نیاز خود را باید از شهر تهیه نمایید.
سرویس دهی شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور ایرانسل و همراه اول در این منطقه ضعیف می باشد.
مسیر دسترسی به اولسبلنگاه از شهر ماسال آغاز می‌شود. نیمه ابتدایی این جاده آسفالت و نیمه دوم آن که حدود 400 متر است بصورت خاکی، باریک و پرپیچ‌وخم است. رانندگی در بخش پرشیب و خاکی نیازمند مهارت و احتیاط بالا می‌باشد. توصیه می‌شود مایحتاج ضروری از شهر ماسال تهیه شود و ترجیحا به نحوی برنامه ریزی شود که در نور روز تا مقصد رانندگی کنید.
