این سوئیت یکخوابه با حیاطی سرسبز و دلباز در روستای شادخال واقع شده که با شهر شفت حدود 8 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
طراحی سوئیت به گونه ای است که دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که اتاق خواب فاقد درب ورودی است و فقط به وسیله پرده از فضای پذیرایی جدا شده است.
محوطه حیاط از چهار طرف با فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی بصورت مشترک مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
توجه داشته باشید که در محوطه حیاط یک سگ نگهبان و وفادار زندگی می کند که در گوشه ای از حیاط نگهداری می شود و تعدادی مرغ و خروس نیز در محوطه وجود دارد.
لازم به ذکر است آب لوله کشی از چاه تامین شده و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
