This one-bedroom rural house is located in Zardouei village, approximately 40 km from Paveh city.
This unit is situated on the semi-basement floor of a two-story, two-unit building, accessed by about 8 steps downwards.
The unit includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a terrace. The only Iranian-style toilet in this unit is located on the terrace.
The courtyard is enclosed by a metal fence. The host resides nearby, and the entrance gate is shared with the downstairs unit. Additionally, there is a partially constructed building in the vicinity where no work is currently being done.
Food service for lunch and dinner is available with prior arrangement with the host and at an additional cost.
For daily necessities, a supermarket is accessible approximately 500 meters away. Please note that this village does not have a bakery, so kindly purchase your required bread before arrival.
Mobile network coverage for Hamrah-e Avval operator is good for calls and 4G internet. Irancell operator has no signal coverage.
It is worth noting that the last 50 meters leading to the accommodation is a paved (cement) road and is accessible by car.
There is a water pool within the building, which can be used with prior arrangement and separate payment.
