با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی، این اقامتگاه برای سالمندان و معلولین مناسب می باشد.
از مشاعات این مجموعه می‌توان به تخت سنتی، فضای غذاخوری، حیاط دلباز و سرویس ایرانی اشاره کرد.
