این ویلای دوبلکس دو خوابه که یکی از اتاق خواب‌های آن مستر است در روستای جورکویه واقع شده است که تا شهر خشکبیجار حدود 3 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب مستر و سرویس ایرانی و حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا پذیرایی و اتاق خواب قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است. لازم به ذکر است که در همسایگی واحد نیمه‌سازی قرار دارد که در حال حاضر عملیات ساختمانی در آن انجام نمی شود.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
