این خانه سنتی با دیوارهای کاهگلی در شهر بوئین سفلی واقع شده است که با شهر بانه حدود 10 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر میز و صندلی چوبی در حیاط دلباز این خانه با امکان برپایی آتش، فضای مناسبی را برای دورهمی و شب‌نشینی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
اطراف حیاط با دیوار محصور می‌باشد و میزبان در محوطه سکونت دارد، همچنین دروازه و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می‌شود. برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر نیز، حیاط و کوچه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می‌باشد.
