This two-bedroom Swiss cottage is located in the forested and rural area of Chalo, approximately 8 km from the city of Nashtarud.
The interior of the unit is designed such that the lower floor, accessible via about 17 steps, features a living room with a rocking chair, a kitchen, a veranda, a Western toilet with a shower, and one bedroom. The upper floor has a bedroom without a door and a spacious terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol. Please note that the unit does not have an Iranian toilet.
The property is enclosed by a wall on three sides and by a fence and vegetation on the other side. Surveillance cameras cover the entrance gate and the courtyard, and the host resides near the cottage.
It is worth noting that the cottage does not have urban gas piping; its fuel is supplied via LPG cylinders.
The quality of the tap water at the accommodation is not suitable for drinking, so it is recommended that guests bring their own bottled water.
The mobile network coverage quality for Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell operators is good for calls but weak for internet.
Guests can use the supermarket and bakery, located approximately 200 meters away, for their daily needs.
