این کلبه‌ سوئیسی دو خوابه در روستای سارمه از توابع شهر صومعه‌سرا واقع شده است که با شهر ماسال حدود 13 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، حمام و سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا دو عدد اتاق خواب و یک تراس قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط این کلبه از چهار طرف محصور است و نماینده میزبان در همسایگی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
به منظور تهیه لوازم مورد نیاز سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 2 کیلومتری قرار دارند.
