This lodge is situated in a 2-story building with 15 units, and access to the upper floor unit is possible by climbing about 16 steps from the courtyard.
The interior of the unit includes a double bed, split air conditioner, gas heater, and a Western toilet with a bathroom. Please note that the unit does not have an independent kitchen, and cooking is possible through the shared kitchen on the lower floor.
Common areas of this complex include the dining area, courtyard, and rooftop.
In the courtyard, there is one Iranian (squat) toilet with a Western toilet for men, one Iranian (squat) toilet with a Western toilet for women, and two bathrooms. Additionally, an Iranian (squat) toilet with a bathroom is provided in the shared space on the upper floor.
The area is enclosed by walls on all four sides, and CCTV covers the courtyard and common areas. The host resides in the same complex, and a 24-hour guard is stationed on the premises.
