این کلبه‌ سوئیسی دو خوابه در مجاورت دو کلبه دیگر در مجموعه ای اقامتی در روستای اشکیک واقع شده که با شهر خمام حدود 5 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر حیاط سرسبز با برکه آب مصنوعی و فواره، فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سرویس ایرانی و سرویس فرنگی با حمام می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا دو اتاق خواب که یکی از آن‌ها دارای بالکن است قرار دارد.
محوطه مجموعه از چهار طرف با دیوار و فنس محصور شده و میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد.
نگهبان 24 ساعته در محوطه مستقر است و همچنین دوربین مداربسته، محوطه حیاط و پارکینگ را پوشش می‌دهد.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد.
