این ویلای دو خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است در روستای سعید آباد از توابع تهراندشت واقع شده است که حدود 15 کیلومتر با کردان و حدود 50 کیلومتر با ورودی شهر تهران فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر آتشدان و استخر در حیاط، فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
واحد فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد اما با توجه به داشتن سرویس فرنگی و عدم وجود پله ، این ویلا می‌تواند انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و عزیزان دارای معلولیت جسمی باشد.
محوطه از چهار طرف محصور است و نگهبان به صورت 24 ساعته در ورودی شهرک مستقر می‌باشد.
