این ویلای دو خوابه در شهر صدرا واقع شده است که تا شهر شیراز حدود 26 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر، میز و صندلی با چتر سایه‌بان به همراه نورپردازی در حیاط فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
لازم به ذکر است ورودی استخر در حیاط بوده و تا ورودی ویلا حدود 4 متر فاصله دارد، همچنین یک سرویس ایرانی نیز در حیاط تعبیه شده است.
محوطه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور می باشد و برای حفظ امنیت بیشتر، نگهبان 24 ساعته در اتاقک مخصوص خود در محوطه حضور دارد.
آب لوله کشی ویلا از طریق چاه تامین می شود و فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت آشامیدن است، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتورهای ایرانسل و همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس است.
