این اتاق سه تخته مستر در مهمان خانه ای در شهر قم واقع شده که با حرم حضرت معصومه حدود یک کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این مهمان‌خانه دو طبقه دارای 10 واحد می‌باشد و دسترسی به این اتاق با طی حدود 2 پله به سمت بالا در طبقه همکف امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی اتاق شامل سه تخت سینگل، یخچال، تلویزیون و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می‌باشد.
در نظر داشته باشید که اتاق فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد و مهمانان می توانند از آشپزخانه مشترک در هر طبقه استفاده نمایند.
محوطه ساختمان از چهار طرف محصور شده و پذیرش 24 ساعته در ورودی مجموعه مستقر می‌باشد.
به جهت تامین امنیت بیشتر دوربین مداربسته مشاعات و راه‌پله را پوشش می‌دهد.
لازم به ذکر است مشاعاتی نظیر پذیرش و آشپزخانه به صورت مشترک با سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
