این خانه مبله دو خوابه در روستای شموشک علیا واقع شده است که تا ورودی شهر گرگان حدود 19 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
واحد با دسترسی حدود 2 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه دو واحدی قرار گرفته است و میزبان نیز در طبقه دوم همین ساختمان سکونت دارد.
گفتنی است که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک با میزبان استفاده می گردد.
