این سوئیت با حیاطی دلباز در منطقه ای شهرکی از شهر چادگان واقع شده است که تا سد زاینده رود حدود 24 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این واحد با دسترسی حدود 3 پله به سمت پایین در طبقه همکف یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار دارد.
حیاط ساختمان با دیوار محصور شده است و میزبان نیز در محوطه حضور دارد و محوطه به صورت مشترک با میزبان قابل استفاده است، همچنین جهت امنیت بیشتر دروازه ورودی و محوطه مجهز به دوربین مداربسته می باشد.
