این واحد در روستای فرشم واقع شده است که حدود 4 کیلومتر با خشکبیجار و حدود 7 کیلومتر با شهر کوچصفهان فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در تمامی وعده‌های غذایی (صبحانه، ناهار و شام) با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
این ساختمان دو طبقه و دارای 4 واحد می‌باشد که دسترسی به این واحد با طی حدود 25 پله در طبقه دوم امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل سه تخت تک نفره، یخچال، تلویزیون، اسپیلت، پکیج و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌باشد. همچنین در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد.
محوطه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است. همچنین میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود. لازم به ذکر است که دوربین مداربسته ورودی و محوطه را پوشش می‌دهد و در همین محوطه ساخت و ساز در حال انجام می باشد.
لازم به ذکر است مشاعاتی نظیر کافه، رستوران، آلاچیق، حیاط دلباز و سرویس ایرانی به صورت مشترک با سایر مهمانان مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد.
