این اتاق 15 متری با صبحانه رایگان در مجموعه ای بوم گردی با حیاط دلباز و سرسبز به همراه ایوان تلاری در روستای سی بن واقع شده که با شهر عباس آباد حدود 9 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
این مجموعه بوم‌گردی با قدمتی حدود 80 سال، دارای دو طبقه و سه واحد می‌باشد که این واحد با دسترسی حدود 6 پله در طبقه دوم قرار دارد.
طراحی اتاق به گونه ای است که دارای رختخواب سنتی، کولر اسپیلت، شوفاژ و تراس می باشد.
واحد فاقد امکانات پخت و پز می‌باشد و سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
در نظر داشته باشید که اتاق فاقد سرویس بهداشتی اختصاصی است و در محوطه حیاط دو سرویس ایرانی، دو حمام و یک سرویس فرنگی قرار گرفته که بصورت مشترک قابل استفاده است.
