This two-bedroom triplex villa features a sea-view terrace and is located approximately 150 meters from the beach in Hajibakandeh village, about 8 km from the beautiful city of Zibakenar. Among the villa's amenities and recreational facilities are a table and chairs with a fire pit table and a barbecue, all situated within the glass gazebo on the top floor. The villa's design includes a ground floor with a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with both Western and Iranian toilets. The upper floor offers two bedrooms, a terrace, and a bathroom with a Western toilet. The third floor boasts a glass gazebo with a small kitchen, a bathroom with a Western toilet, a fire pit, and a sea-view terrace. The courtyard is fully enclosed by walls on all four sides, and for enhanced security, both the entrance gate and the courtyard are equipped with CCTV cameras. Please note that the tap water is supplied from a well and is not suitable for drinking. Therefore, we recommend that guests bring their own bottled water.
