وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر سرپوشیده، میز بیلیارد، تاب ریلکسی، تاب و میز و صندلی باغی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان خانوادگی فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، دو اتاق خواب، راهرو با ورودی استخر و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد.
