این کلبه‌ در روستای کوهستانی و خوش آب و هوای ویشان واقع شده است که حدود 36 کیلومتر با شهر رودبار فاصله دارد.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس فرنگی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا یک فضای خواب قرار دارد، همچنین در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد سیستم سرمایش و سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد.
محوطه این کلبه از چهار طرف با فنس محصور است. همچنین میزبان در همین محوطه سکونت دارد که دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود. لازم به ذکر است در مجاورت واحد ساخت‌وساز انجام می‌شود.
