این ویلا دوبلکس استخردار سه خوابه که یک اتاق خواب آن مستر است در روستای ییلاقی ویشان واقع شده که با رستم آباد حدود 25کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر، میز بیلیارد و بالکن بزرگ با ویو کوهستانی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، استخر و سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا سالن با میز بیلیارد، سرویس فرنگی با حمام، آشپزخانه و سه اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور شده و میزبان در نزدیکی اقامتگاه سکونت دارد.
