با توجه به عدم وجود پله و داشتن سرویس فرنگی این اقامتگاه انتخاب مناسبی برای سالمندان گرامی و افراد دارای معلولیت جسمی می باشد.
این واحد در طبقه دوم یک ساختمان چهار طبقه چهار واحدی قرار دارد.
این واحد دارای سالن نشیمن، آشپزخانه، یک اتاق خواب و حمام با سرویس فرنگی است، همچنین فاقد سرویس ایرانی می باشد.
