این وسوئیت مبله با حیاط دلباز در یک مجموعه اقامتی روستای آفتابدر واقع شده است که تا شهر قزوین حدود 80 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
سرو و سفارش غذا در وعده‌های غذایی صبحانه، ناهار و شام با هماهنگی قبلی و پرداخت هزینه جداگانه امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و حمام با سرویس ایرانی می‌باشد.
لازم به ذکر است در محوطه یک استخر ماهی گرمابی قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با فنس محصور است و میزبان به همراه سرایدار در همین محوطه سکونت دارند و دروازه ورودی و حیاط به صورت مشترک استفاده می‌شود و دوربین مداربسته، حیاط، محوطه و دروازه ورودی را پوشش می‌دهد، همچنین دو سگ مهربان و وفادار در محوطه خانه زندگی می‌کنند.
کیفیت آنتن‌دهی اپراتور همراه اول برای مکالمه مناسب و اینترنت به صورت 4g در دسترس می‌باشد، اما اپراتور ایرانسل از پوشش شبکه ضعیف‌تری برخوردار است.
مهمانان گرامی می‌توانند برای تهیه مایحتاج روزانه خود از سوپرمارکت و نانوایی در فاصله حدود 3 کیلومتری استفاده نمایند.
