این ویلا سه خوابه که دو اتاق خواب آن مستر است در شهرک زعفرانیه واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 23 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر استخر، میز بیلیارد، میز فوتبال دستی، تاب ریلکسی و حیاط دلباز فضایی جذاب و دلنشین را جهت شب‌نشینی و دورهمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه پایین دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، میز بیلیارد، فوتبالدستی، دو اتاق خواب (یکخواب مستر) و حمام با سرویس فرنگی و ایرانی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا آشپزخانه کوچک و یک اتاق خواب مستر قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است. همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی اقامتگاه مستقر می‌باشد و دوربین مداربسته دروازه ورودی به سمت کوچه را پوشش می‌دهد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
