این خانه روستایی دو خوابه با حیاطی دنج در روستای کرنگ کفتر واقع شده که با شهر گالیکش حدود 18 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.
وجود امکاناتی نظیر حیاط با منقل گلی و تخت سنتی فضایی جذاب را جهت تفریح و سرگرمی مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل چهار اتاق با ورودی جداگانه می‌باشد که یک اتاق به عنوان فضای آشپزخانه، یک اتاق به عنوان پذیرایی و دو فضای دیگر به عنوان اتاق خواب در نظر گرفته شده است؛ همچنین سرویس ایرانی با حمام در داخل واحد و یک سرویس ایرانی در حیاط قرار دارد.
محوطه حیاط خانه از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است و میزبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد.
کیفیت پوشش شبکه تلفن همراه برای دو اپراتور همراه اول و ایرانسل در مکالمه مناسب است، اما اینترنت هر دو اپراتور ضعیف می‌باشد.
