وجود امکاناتی نظیر سکوی نشیمن و حیاطی سرسبز در مجاورت شالیزار برنج، فضایی جذاب را جهت اقامت مهمانان فراهم نموده است.
این سوئیت در یک ساختمان دو طبقه سه واحدی قرار گرفته و دسترسی به واحد در طبقه همکف امکان‌پذیر است.
فضای داخلی واحد شامل پذیرایی، آشپزخانه و سرویس ایرانی با حمام می‌باشد، در نظر داشته باشید که واحد فاقد اتاق خواب است و یک سرویس ایرانی هم در محوطه حیاط قرار دارد.
