این ویلای دوبلکس سه خوابه که یک خواب آن مستر است، در شهرک زعفرانیه واقع شده است که تا کردان حدود 23 کیلومتر و تا ورودی شهر تهران حدود 60 کیلومتر فاصله دارد.

فضای داخلی واحد به گونه‌ای طراحی شده است که در طبقه همکف دارای پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، ورودی استخر و جکوزی، میز بیلیارد و سرویس ایرانی با فرنگی می‌باشد و در طبقه بالا پذیرایی، آشپزخانه، سه اتاق خواب (یک خواب مستر)، ایرهاکی، فوتبالدستی، حمام با سرویس ایرانی و فرنگی و تراس دلباز قرار دارد.
محوطه ویلا از چهار طرف با دیوار محصور است. همچنین نگهبان در همسایگی سکونت دارد و جهت امنیت بیشتر، دوربین مداربسته ورودی به سمت کوچه را پوشش می‌دهد.
آب لوله کشی اقامتگاه فاقد کیفیت لازم جهت اشامیدن می باشد، لذا توصیه می شود مهمانان گرامی با خود آب معدنی همراه داشته باشند.
